What programs do you offer?

We offer four different programs:

  1. Comprehensive Cognitive Assessments (Conducted by our Psychologist).
  2. One-on-One Individual Therapy (Personalised psychological support or creative counselling).
  3. Group Creative Counselling: Our 8-week group creative counselling program.
What topics do you cover in the group programs?

We cultivate an open, safe, and non-judgmental environment. Each week focuses on a different emotional or wellbeing topic. Common themes include navigating worry, positive self-talk, body image, healthy friendships, communication, and gratitude.

Where are we located?

Our welcoming clinic and art studio is located at 18 Blandford Street, The Grange, on the north side of Brisbane. Free parking is available behind the clinic or on the street.

Do parents stay during the session?

For individual assessments and psychology sessions, parent involvement depends on the child's age and specific needs. For our group programs, we encourage parents to drop and go, as participants often feel more comfortable sharing openly with their peers when parents aren't in the room. However, you are always welcome to wait in our comfortable waiting area.

Do I need to book?

Yes, bookings are essential for all assessments, individual therapy sessions, and group programs.

Do you offer bespoke sessions for schools or teams?

Absolutely. We offer tailored psycho-educational and team-building sessions for schools and organisations. Simply get in touch to discuss your specific needs.
